The Concept of WELLNESS What is Wellness ?? It is the combination of Physical Fitness,Nutrition and metal well-being. It is like planting a seed, you need water,sunlight and good soil for the seed to grow into a plant.Without any of the elements the plant would not grow and sustain. Lets talk about the 3 aspects of Wellness : 1. Physical fitness :It is any form of physical activity that helps you increase your physical ability.That would include going to the gym and working out or any form of sports that you play.  2. Nutrition : It is the fuel for the body to perform any kind of activity.It is very essential as you need the right sources of food in appropriate quantities at the right time.Without Proper nutrition the body would not be able to carry out the functions it is meant to do.It is similar to a car, you cant expect a car to function efficiently with out fuel or oil no matter how  good the make or the quality of the car is. 3.
